Radiant Hearts is an intimate look into the lives of Mayan people living in the highlands of Guatemala. Jonathan’s storytelling, using powerful and uniquely personal photographs provides insight into their lives, and the missionaries in relationship with them.

Within the vast western highlands of Guatemala lies a most spectacularly lush and picturesque countryside that is the ancestral home to the indigenous Mayan people. The Maya of Guatemala are strong in spirit and tradition. Living in remote recesses of these mountainous areas has largely kept them isolated from Western influences and true to much of the native and historical Mayan culture.

Jonathan’s photographs take us into a journey to the Eternal. Dreams of bees, sacred trees and a snowflake are among the wonderous mysteries that unfold within Radiant Hearts.

Radiant Hearts is 55 pages printed on heavy weight mat paper within a 12 x12″ hardcover book.
